William Hunt

With over a decade of expertise across commercial real
estate, Fintech, Prop-Tech, and Clean Technology, William
is a seasoned professional who integrates sustainability
with cutting-edge innovation. As a founding partner of
GreenBridge, William channels his deep commitment
to environmental stewardship into impactful leadership.
His career, spanning key roles at Sindall Group, Goya
Capital, and his tenure as Senior Vice President at US
Capital Global, is marked by his strategic acumen and
vast industry networks. William is dedicated to advancing
pioneering technologies that address the global challenge of
achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050. At GreenBridge, his
entrepreneurial drive and vision fuel the company’s growth,
while his ability to forge strategic partnerships positions the
firm as a leader in sustainable innovation. William’s unique
blend of business insight, passion for sustainability, and
global perspective sets him apart as a transformative figure in
the pursuit of a more sustainable future.

Connor Donald

With over 10 years in Commercial Real Estate Acquisition
and Development, Connor has successfully led highly skilled
design, planning, legal, and construction teams to deliver new
store and complex mixed-use projects, driving the growth of
national portfolios at Lidl GmbH and Aldi UK.
Early in his career he identified PropTech as an essential
resource tool gaining support of Lidl GmbH and later Aldi UK,
revolutionising site acquisition processes for both companies.
Connor’s strategic initiatives, such as pioneering EV fast
charging partnerships with Pod Point and Shell Recharge,
significantly boosted public image and new store performance.
His senior leadership in digital infrastructure private equity has
further enhanced portfolio asset values. Committed to a lead
by example approach and focus on sustainable development
will be pivotal in ensuring the success of complex real estate
regeneration projects.

Gabi Champagne

Gabi’s diverse career journey encompasses roles in
sustainability consultancy, government economics,
and entrepreneurship in sustainable fashion. She has been
a driving force behind impactful initiatives at the nexus
of business and policy, most recently, the ‘Climate School’
programme at Kite; revolutionising corporate green skills
training. Expanding Kite’s sponsorship arm, she elevated
branded events onto global stages like COP and Davos,
forging partnerships with industry giants across sectors. With seven years of service as a government economist, Gabi made significant contributions to high-profile endeavours such as COVID vaccine and Brexit negotiations. She has successfully completed the Cambridge Sustainable Real Estate course and is applying her sustainability & policy experience to
GreenBridge.
